OPS Rules:
Inactive, Busy, Away OPs must deop them
selves or they will be deoped by any online higher access OP.
No kicking or banning other users in the channel without having a
good reason (as described in the Channel rules for Users).
You do not punish a user in the channel because you do not like him
or because you had a fight with him in another channel. As long as
he is OK in this channel, he has the right to be treated as any
other user.
Most of the Channel rules for users apply for the ops too (such us
flooding, cloning, inviting, etc)
Users from other towns or countries are to be treated with respect,
unless they cause trouble.
If an Op breaks any of these rules, he must be reported to a
higher-level op (showing the logs would be nice) and suspended.
Furthermore any suspension must be reported to the management
directly.
Giving, removing, increasing or decreasing access is not allowed,
unless you have permission from the management.
Some Tips
If a user is suspended more than four times, then his access can be
immediately removed (no questions asked). The manager, co-manager
and senior ops can add/remove, or modify an access without giving
any explanations. Users in #Lebanese-forces may ask you for help, or
to give them any kind of information, so please be as helpful as you
can. Do Not Ignore Them ! Being an op is a big responsibility, and
if you are not ready for it, then you probably should not be one.
